Introduction to Home information packs.

The introduction of HIPs in 2007 has presented estate agents with some significant challenges. Dezrez has been on hand every step of the way to help our agents meet these challenges and make the HIP ordering process as easy as possible. Our integrated HIP service provides our customers with a comprehensive set of tools to help them order, track and display their HIPs with minimum effort. Our fully integrated service offers customers a choice of products in order to suit all your business requirements. If you haven’t already registered to use our integrated service use the Provider Comparison, this will help you decide which providers are right for you and your agency. Once you have decided which provider best meets your needs select Register and fill in the registration page, then leave the rest to us.

Benefits of using dezrez to order your HIPs

You can order a HIP with 7 clicks, very quick and easy. The HIPz team are on hand to assist you should you require it.

The estate agent has all the information in one place, clicks “order HIP now” from the property details within the dezrez software. This saves you time and is more accurate than having to go to another website and re-typing the details or making a phonecall/sending a fax.

You can track every stage of the HIP from one place, and you will receive a reminder to let you know when the EPC has been completed. This is especially useful when you will require this to market the property.

When your HIP is ready, it is delivered into your software automatically, saving you having to upload it from another website.
Also, the information will be automatically sent to your portals, and appear on your website so your new customers can view the HIP (if you want them to).

Dezrez has an excellent straightforward method for adding EPC graphs into brochures. You design your brochure and decide where you want the graphs to appear, and the software will place it there without having to copy/paste and change any your photographs.
