Getting Started

Firstly point your mobile phone browser to mobile.dezrez.com.

Once this page has loaded you will be prompted for
your login details.

Enter the same details that you would normally use
to log into Dezrez.

| Once you have logged in,
a number of options will be available. These include:
- Viewing the Diary
- Viewing your Reminders
- Viewing the lists and cards of Applicants and Vendors
- Viewing property details
- Matching a price range / number of bedrooms to a list of applicants

Diary
It is possible to view your appointments during the day with your
mobile phone. Allowing you to keep up to date with live information
from the office.
To view your appointments, from the main menu click on diary and
select the relevant date, negotiator, and action. In our example,
when clicking view it is seen that on the 22/06/2005 there is one
viewing for this negotiator at 19:10. The diary notes can be viewed
for this entry.

Listing Cards
It is possible to view the contact details and diary entries of applicants,
vendors and companies.
From the Main Menu navigate to Lists and select the relevant list
type; applicants, vendors or companies. Enter the search details.
So for example, if you enter Simpson a list of all applicants with
the surname Simpson will be displayed. Click on the correct result
to view further details.

Property Information
Properties can be searched for by address or by a price.
From the Main menu navigate to Lists and select Properties.
Enter part of the address or price to find a specific property or number
of properties. A breakdown of each property is available including vendor
and solicitor details, property descriptions, as well as pictures.

Property Matching
While on the move you have the ability to match a property by price
and / or bedrooms to a number of applicants who meet the criteria. This
would be ideal for checking how many applicants match a potential vendor's
property.
From the Main Menu navigate to Actions and select Matching. Enter the
price or number of rooms and select Search. All matching applicants
will be listed.

Read Only
It is worth noting however that Mobile Dezrez is a read only system and it is not possible to update any details while using your mobile phone. |
