clearly show the changes
in price for an 'average'
property with time. Whilst
average price for a price
range is relatively meaningless,
the difference between Advertised
Price and Selling price
is particularly meaningful.

show that purchasers are
becoming more wary of the
advertised value of a property
and are successfully negotiating
