Inbound Calls :-
  • Waiting calls preview the caller number and database name match
  • User option to pop full dezrez record card
  • Card pop is independent of any current dezrez active windows
  • Card pop initialises even if user not currently logged onto dezrez
  • Avoid the need to request/repeat information for transfer of calls

Outbound calls :-
  • Dial direct from dezrez (click on the telephone number)
  • Reduce repetitive tasks and errors
  • Unanswered / engaged calls can quickly and easily be called back
