Package B - Example of a CTI ready Telephone System
There are currently a number of telephone systems that support CTI functionality. Having looked at the market, Metier recommends the Nortel BCM 50 for those requiring a new/replacement system. The Nortel BCM 50 provides all the usual features of a key-system but is also fully IP enabled as standard to provide a platform for IP/VoIP (voice over IP) connections, for possible inter site working and home-workers. The base system has the capacity for 8 ISDN lines, 12 digital extensions, 8 Voicemail licences, auto attendant functionality and CTI licence, which is a perfect size for estate agents.
The cost of this base system includes, two top of the range handsets and four business series handsets, lifetime software support contract, installation (based on existing cabling), configuration, training, 1st year maintenance and support.
