CTI Readiness
Simply phone us on 0845 465 22 22 to discuss what you need to enable CTI in your office. It is necessary to have the following in place before a CTI application can be deployed:
- ISDN lines and Calling Line Identity (CLI) Enabled
- A suitable telephone system (a list can be provided upon request) that has been enabled with a CTI/TAPI interface with any necessary drivers and 3rd party software licences.
- A Server or Main PC on a LAN and/or Structured Cabling
