What's so advanced about the Dezrez Rightmove link?
When you upload to Rightmove through the dezrez system you automatically benefit from our market leading technology. Dezrez allows leads to be pushed from the Rightmove website directly onto your software system, the leads can be dealt with instantly without any data entry.
Example
An applicant browsing the rightmove site may show an interest in one or more of your properties. On doing so, the applicants details are instantly sent through to a negotiator at your branch. No data entry is required, the negotiator can simply pick up the phone and deal with the lead! |

When a customer logs onto Rightmove and uses their facilities to request a viewing, or a telephone call etc. You [The agent] will not only receive this request via email, but the information will be automaticaly entered in to your Dezrez system for you. The applicants details are entered as a new card and a reminder put on the desktop of one of the negotiators. From the reminders area [a working task list] the negotiator can simply click "Actions", "Applicant" to see the full details of the person making the request.
You can control which negotiators receive these reminders.

You can easily control who deals with the leads within your office, using the administration area within the software, the system supervisor can specify members of staff to deal with certain requests. A typical example might be all valuation requests that come through the system are to be dealt with by one person. This is possible using Dezrez.

| Yes the system checks that there is no duplicates on the system. If the person is already on the system then the software detects this and sends the request through to the negotiator that is dealing with the customer
