Do your branches work independently or as a group? Do you arrange appointments for negotiators in other branches?
For example, a negotiator in branch 1 arranges for a valuation of a prestige property for a valuer at branch 4. If this is you - then you need Dezrez Enterprise.
Do your branches only actively sell their own instructions?
If branch 1 only sells the properties taken on by branch 1 and passes leads on to other branches for their instructions, then Standard Dezrez is fine for you in this case.
If branch 1 markets and sells properties that are instructions at other branches, arranges viewings, takes offers and administers the sales progression for that property, then you need Dezrez Enterprise.
Do you have a financial adviser per branch? If you do and they only target applicants at that branch then Standard Dezrez will suffice. If financial advisors 'float' across multiple branches or you want a financial advisor or team of financial advisors working at one location to target applicants at any branch eg ' all first time buyers across all branches who have registered in the last 3 days' - then you will need Dezrez Enterprise.
Do you have a single Administration office that does work for all the other branches? If you do then you will need Dezrez Enterprise.
Please note that all offices need to be on the same version of Dezrez. It is not possible for one office to be on Enterprise whilst the others are on Standard. |
