Dezrez utilizes the latest proven technologies, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6®, XML, COM, DHTML. Our software enhances the concept of a normal ASP by synchronizing a local copy of your data. This gives you the secuirty that you can always access your data even when your internet connection lets you down.

By using both 'thin' and 'thick' client technology the minimum amount of data is sent and received whilst still maintaining the benefits of being a true ASP. Browser based 'thick' interfaces are utilized where data transfer and scripting would be prohibitive. These Interfaces are automatically installed or updated and hence there are no problems with incompatible versions. 'Thick' interfaces offer far more powerful features than can be achieved by present HTML 'thin' client technology, for example integrating with common tools such as Microsoft Word. This gives you the tools to optimise your work and impress your vendors.
Servers
 
The Dezrez software solution runs on Windows 2003 servers situated in the hub of the UK's Internet - Telehouse. The servers are housed in racks supplied by three high speed (100Mbit) ISP's to give redundancy down to the most basic level. Firewalls more often associated with the banking industry protect the system against malicious attack. These load balanced servers are not shared with any other companies thus yielding the highest possible levels of service, speed and availability.
Data Security
 
Estate agent login is controlled via a 3 level, branch ID, username and password security system. Within this there are 5 security levels allowing controlled access.
Data is backed up daily and copied to an off site mirrored location providing unsurpassed security and accessibility.

Our technical support services are included in your license fee and not added on as an optional extra.
