Gone are the days where we blindly struggle to work out where and what the problem is. There is no confusion and no time is wasted describing exactly what the issue is. We can connect to your computer and view your desktop as though we are in the office with you. As well as gaining full remote control we are able to directly transfer files from Dezrez to your machine. This all happens safely and securely.
Connecting to a support meeting is easy
Select the support link from within your Dezrez interface. These are highlighted in the image below. This will run a support file.
You will be presented with the following message indicating that your machine is about to be remote controlled.
Finally, the Dezrez support team will ask you to select a support computer:
Once you have selected the correct support computer, Dezrez will have access to your desktop.
