In order to continue giving our users fast, reliable information in an efficient manor we have to stay organised ourselves. We utilise a state of the art office CRM solution, all calls are recorded and users can look at the history of all calls made and the resolutions to support issues.

Dezrez keeps a history of all support calls. Each query and resolution is recorded so that we are able to track all calls and provide resolutions to issues effectively and efficiently.

This prevents repetition and reduces the time it takes to support our customers. Any call that cannot be instantly dealt with is recorded and you can track its progress.

Online tickets ensure that all our customers are kept fully aware of the progress of their support issue. All activities can be viewed and customers have the ability to close and add comments and attachments to their calls.

Accessing your online tickets

All open or closed tickets for the branch are listed.

To view the details of a ticket simply click on the relevant ticket where full details be shown.

When viewing the details of a ticket, comments and attachments can be added at any time, and you can even close tickets should you resolve the problem.
