The training process
Summary of our business process
Below is a summary of the process we go through to ensure that the training is as effective as possible. Links to sample training plans that we use are also available.


Pre-Training:


Prior to starting with Dezrez you will be contacted by a member of our training team in order for us to establish:

a) How many staff you have
b) Staff confidence and experience Levels with regards to computers and software.
c) Staff roles within the company
d) Needs of staff members

During Training:

The training schedule is followed and allows customers to see exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it.
Time is made for practical use of the training machines so that all staff have hands on experience of the software during the training day.
We will record feedback and also how the training session went which enables us to establish how to best help your staff when they call our support team.

Post-Training:

Each member of your staff will have their training schedule which can be used as a practice guide when they are back in the office. A document based on real life scenarios which has proved extremely useful when training to new users can be downloaded : Sale Scenarios - Lettings Scenarios .

For several weeks following training we have a member of staff dedicated to charting a new customers usage and progress. We create and send you a report that is specific to each individual company showing exactly where the software is being used well or where there is room for improvement.
On the final report, we will advise on which areas are not being used fully and will endeavour to find the best means possible to remedy the situation.

We want your company to fulfil its potential in all aspects of its business. Dezrez can monitor your company usage of the software in order to assess where improvements could be made within your business. Basically, we can tell if you are using Dezrez to its full potential.
There can be several reasons as to why people don’t use the system correctly, including insufficient training for the software or even bad habits being passed between members of staff such as not carrying out functions in the most ‘time efficient’ way.
In these situations we have found further training can be extremely effective. Here is what we can do to help you:

• Monitor usage - We want your company to be working to its full potential. That’s why we monitor how you and your staff are using the system.

• Problem area assessment - Having monitored your companies usage, we then assess any problem areas or areas of under usage that would benefit from further raining.

• Create a tailor made training plan - Having assessed the problem areas, we can then create a training plan tailor made to your companies needs.

• Continual monitoring of your companies usage and specific problem areas - Having carried out all necessary training we will continue to monitor your company's usage, but more specifically make sure that previous problem areas are now being fully utilised.
