The training method we use at dezrez goes well beyond the actual training session. Prior to starting with Dezrez we will contact our agents to establish staff numbers, levels, roles and needs. We are able to create a tailor made plan for your staff which ensures that both you and ourselves make the most of the training day. We produce several documents to help customers and our support team prior to, during & after training.
