We will be holding a variety of tailored training courses over the coming months, aimed towards new members of staff, sales negotiators, admin staff and not forgetting the managers! The courses are broken down into different levels and aimed at staff dependent on their role in the business.
All delegate training days start at 10.00am and finish at 4.00pm with a half hour lunch break.
Please aim to arrive at 9.45am as your trainer will be avaialbe for registration and to answer any questions you may have about the day.
Who will be attending?
The training will be open to all existing Dezrez agents. You can send more than one staff member on the course, however we limit the courses to 12 delegates so that we can offer the highest standard of training so book early!
How many members of staff can I send?
You can send as many attendees as you wish, if you want to send more than 3 staff members it may be more cost effective to arrange a bespoke training day at your office. For further details please call the training team on 01792 610210.
What training material will be provided?
Every delegate will be presented with a tailor made training manual and access to our online user guide. A PC will be provided for each delegate to work from during the day.

How do I pay?
We can take a credit card payment over the phone or deduct the amount with your monthly direct debit. There is a 2.5% charge on all credit cards and a 45p charge for debit cards.
