what3words is an easy way to identify precise locations. Every 3 metre square has been given a unique combination of three words: a what3words address. Now you can find, share and navigate to precise locations using three simple words.
When should I use what3words address as a real estate agent?
Whenever you want to give someone an exact location. For example, if you’d like to tell your clients exactly where to park for a viewing. It’s also really useful when a property is hard to find or a traditional address doesn’t take you to the right place, like a rural postcode or a block of flats with multiple entrances. Some places don’t even have an address, like new developments or a plot of land, which makes what3words really useful - especially for busy estate agents!
Using what3words in Rezi CRM
This integration means that once you have the what3word addresses allocated to the key features, this information will then populate in the properties custom fields information in Rezi. This data is available as a merge field, therefore using
our API you are able to display this information on areas such as your website. Once you’re set up with what3words you will be able to access this location tool from within Rezi. Using what3words you will be able to view a map of the property and surrounding area and allocate what3word addresses to detail key specifics such as the front door, the positioning of the board and car parking space.
