Dezrez Premium Product Enhancements and Future Roadmap

At Dezrez, we're committed to helping estate agents and property managers excel in their roles by providing innovative tools that streamline their day-to-day tasks and enhance their interactions with clients. Since the launch of our new Premium features, we've been listening to your feedback and have made significant improvements. We want to update you on the enhancements we've implemented and outline our plans for future development.


As a recap, Rezi Premium now includes the following five features that are invaluable at helping you win more instructions and waste less time in managing sales.

1. Interactive Feedback Workflow

Allows you to automatically collect feedback from property viewings including offers so you can present offers or show more appropriate houses sooner.

2. Interactive No Show Workflow

Automatically reminds buyers of upcoming viewings or prompts them to rebook and notify you if they are not able to make the agreed time.

3. Lead Qualifier

Allows you to qualify your buyers before you even speak to them so you can show them more better matched houses and sell houses faster.

4. Dynamic Market Appraisals

Generate professional looking appraisals quickly and easily and then automatically deliver them with ease reducing a task which used to take hours to mere minutes.

5. Social Posting (coming soon):

 A workflow that integrates with Facebook and Instagram to allow you to post branded photos of new property listings automatically when the property goes live.

Recent Improvements to Premium Features

The following improvements have been made since we launched the new Dezrez Premium.

1. Feedback Workflow Enhancement

  • We now offer the flexibility to turn feedback requests on or off according to sales or lettings preferences, making this feature more adaptable to different types of transactions.

2. No Show Workflow Update

  • Agents can now include a link in the no-show SMS messages or opt to remove the link, directing clients to call the office instead. This update provides greater control over how communication is handled following a cancelled viewing. Speak to your account manager for more details.

3. Appraisal Workflow Improvements

  • Agents have new autonomy to decide if appraisals should be sent automatically or manually, enhancing the customization of client interactions.
  • Appraisal timings and the inclusion of VAT in fees have been corrected for accuracy and compliance.

Planned Development for the Near Future

April & May Updates

  • Appraisal Differentiation: Starting the week of April 28th, appraisals will differentiate between sales and lettings, with separate Appraisal presenations for each starting April 29th.
  • Notification Options: Enhancements include the option to send the forms via email instead of or as well as SMS
  • Sunday notification options: specific email notifications for feedback to ensure offers are promptly addressed.

June Updates

  • Customization Features: We plan to introduce separate notification settings for cancellations on Sundays and bank holidays and allow customization of email templates to align with your brand's tone of voice.
  • Contact Creation Grade Selection
  • Social Posting Workflow: Our upcoming feature for seamless integration with Facebook and Instagram for automatic social media postings is in the final stages of development. This will allow agents to effortlessly share new listings once they go live. This feature makes it easy to consistently share property listings raising brand awareness and selling more homes.

July & Beyond

  • Presentation Enhancements: The ability to add videos to pre-appraisal profile pages will debut in July, alongside improvements in the performance of Lead Qualifier group cards.
  • Feedback Customization: In December, we will roll out customization options for the feedback form to accommodate commercial properties as well.
